Just fixed my nieces tablet about an hour ago. There was a lot of bad information floating around and I could not find the resolution anywhere so I wanted to share. The camera on windows 8.1 is working while the one on windows 10 doesnt work. One is on windows 8.1 and the other on windows 10.
